Quick Access Buttons in PowerPoint 2010
It is not necessary to switch to the View tab of the ribbon in order to quickly see your slides in a different view.
At the bottom right corner of the PowerPoint screen, you will see the quick access buttons. The screen shot above indicates the different buttons and their uses. You can quickly switch to Slide Sorter view, Normal (or Slide) view, Slide Show view or Reading View. You can also zoom in or out on the current view, or fit the current slide to the window.
