Once you have completed the diagnostics of your computer, the Microsoft Office Diagnostics program will open the Microsoft Web site -- (it assumes that you have an active internet connection). The results of your session will show in detail along with suggestions for fine tuning your computer for it, and the programs, to run more smoothly.
