Sound Options
Sounds of all sorts can be added to PowerPoint presentations. You may wish to play a track from a CD or insert a sound file into your presentation. Sound files can be chosen from the Microsoft Clip Organizer within the program, or a file that resides on your computer. Recording a sound or a narration to help illustrate the features on your slides, is also one of the options.
Steps
- Choose Insert > Movies and Sounds from the menu.
- Select the type of sound you wish to add to the presentation.
