Speaker notes can be printed with each slide as an aid when giving a PowerPoint presentation.
Note - Speaker notes can also be exported for use in Microsoft Word documents by selecting File > Send To > Microsoft Office Word from the menu and choosing the appropriate option.
Steps to print Notes Pages
- Choose File > Print
- Select the pages to print
- Choose Notes Pages from the Print what drop-down list
- Choose any other options
- Previewing the notes pages is a good idea
- Click on OK.
