Using a design template can add an attractive appeal to your presentation. However, for printing purposes, often the background graphics that look so good onscreen, hinder the readability of the slides on the handouts.
It is a simple procedure to hide the background graphics.
Steps
- Choose Format > Background from the menu
- Place a check mark beside the option to Omit background graphics from master
- Click Apply or Apply to All
