Add a New Slide
- Select Format > Slide Layout from the menu to add a new slide to a PowerPoint slide show.
- The Slide Layout Task Pane is displayed on the right of the screen.
- In this pane, place your pointer on the Title and 2-column Text layout and click on the drop-down arrow that appears.
- Select Insert New Slide from the drop-down menu to add a slide to your presentation.
- Click on the title text box of the new slide and type Clouds.
- Click on the left text box and type the following text pressing the Enter key on the keyboard at the end of each line.
- Formed when water vapor condenses due to falling temperatures
- Made up of millions of water droplets or ice crystals
- Click on the right text box and type the following text.
- Grouped according to their height above the ground
- Four main groups - high, middle, low, and vertical clouds
