Make an action button for the invisible hyperlink to cover the complete PowerPoint slide.

Make an action button to cover the complete slide. This will become an invisible hyperlink to another slide.

You will probably also want to place another invisible hyperlink on the "destination" slide to link to the next question (if the answer was correct) or back to the previous slide (if the answer was incorrect). On the "destination" slide, it is easiest to make the button large enough to cover the whole slide. That way, you can click anywhere on the slide to make the invisible hyperlink work.
