I'm sure a lot of you are unaware that the clipboard on a Windows computer can save up to 24 objects -- text or graphics -- for you to reuse. Originally the clipboard would save only the last item you copied or cut. Now, the clipboard can be especially useful when you are creating a PowerPoint presentation.

You can open the clipboard to view the items you have copied (or cut) most recently. One additional nice feature is that these clipboard items are not limited to what you did while using PowerPoint. Anything you have copied, in any program, will be shown in the list. This means that you can copy text from Word, or a chart from Excel or content from a webpage and use it in your presentation.
