Hyperlinking in PowerPoint

Wednesday November 26, 2008
I can't imagine that there is anyone who uses a computer these days who does not know what a hyperlink is. But, did you know that you can create a hyperlink (or link, as it is more commonly known) directly from a PowerPoint slide show?

There are many hyperlink options for you to add to your PowerPoint presentation.

  • link to another slide in this presentation
  • link to a slide in a different presentation
  • link to any other file on your computer or network -- even files created in other programs
  • link to an email address
  • link to a website
Adding Hyperlinks in PowerPoint Presentations will take you through the quick steps to apply any of these options.
