Business presentations are often of a confidential nature. The last thing you want is an unauthorized employee seeing sensitive material in your PowerPoint presentation. Or, perhaps you share your workstation with another employee and do not want anyone else to access your documents.

The answer is to protect your PowerPoint presentations with a password. There are two different types of password protection you can apply. You can use one or both.
  • password to open - anyone with the password can open and make changes
  • password to modify - others can read but cannot change the presentation
Use this feature if you need security for any reason on your PowerPoint presentations.
