Add Effects in the PowerPoint Custom Animation Pane

1. Select all text boxes on the slide
   • Choose Edit > Select All from the menu or press the keyboard shortcut keys Ctrl + A.
   
   
2. Choose Slide Show > Custom Animation from the menu. This will open the Custom Animation task pane on the right side of the screen.
   
   
3. From the Add Effect drop down menu, click on Entrance which will show a new pop-up menu.
