Let's Look at the Recently Used Files List
The recently used file list of entries is located at the bottom of the menu when you click on the File menu. These files are also listed in the Getting Started task pane on the right side of the PowerPoint screen.
Sometimes you would rather that no entries show up when your session at the computer is finished. On the flip side, perhaps you want more entries to show in the list.
