Activate the Picture Toolbar

A single photo or all pictures in your PowerPoint presentation can be compressed quickly to reduce the overall file size of the presentation. This is especially important if the presentation will be emailed to colleagues or clients.

1. Click on a picture to activate the Picture toolbar.
   
   
2. Click the Compress Pictures button.
