Align the Action Buttons on the Story Map Slide

Align the Action Buttons

Now that you have two action buttons on the story map slide, they would look better if they were aligned so that the tops were at the same level.

  1. Drag a "window" around the two action buttons to select them both.

  2. From the Drawing toolbar, choose Draw > Align or Distribute > Align Top

Copy the Action Buttons

Now that the action buttons are aligned on the first slide, we will copy those buttons to the rest of the story map slides.

  1. With the action buttons still selected, choose one of the following methods to copy the buttons
    • Right click on one of the selected buttons and choose Copy from the shortcut menu
    • Choose Edit > Copy from the main menu at the top of the screen.

  2. The action buttons are now copied to the clipboard, waiting for the next step.
