Unpack a PowerPoint Presentation

Starting the Show

To start the PowerPoint show at a later time, you must locate the presentation file on your computer.

Two Ways to Start the Presentation

• Double click the icon beside the filename of your presentation.
  
  
• Right click on the icon beside the filename and choose Show from the shortcut menu. The presentation will begin.

Note - If the Show option is grayed out so that it is unavailable, this means that PowerPoint is not installed on the computer and you did not include the PowerPoint Viewer when you made the Pack and Go file. Repackage the presentation again and include the PowerPoint Viewer.

• Use My Computer to Locate the Folder
• Error Message If Folder Name is Too Long
• Unpacking the Presentation Is Successful
• Locate the Presentation in the Files Unpacked
• Start the Unpacked PowerPoint Presentation
