Steps for Pack and Go
When your presentation is completed, you have the option to save the whole presentation, including music and pictures, to a CD so that it can be played on any computer, even those that do not have PowerPoint installed.
From the menu, choose File > Pack and Go....
The Pack and Go Wizard dialog box opens, showing you that it will help you to package your whole presentation for viewing on another computer. Click on the Next button to proceed.
