The Package for CD dialog box shows several options.
- Name the CD with a short name. Only 16 characters are allowed. It is preferable to use no spaces in the name.
- If this CD will have more than one file, click on the Add Files... button and select them from your computer. Often a presentation will span over two or more different PowerPoint files, so you will need to use this feature.
- Click the Options... button to see further choices.
