Method Two: - Distribute Spacing of Objects Relative to the Slide

  1. With all objects selected, choose Arrange > Align > Align to Slide.
  2. Choose Arrange > Align > Distribute Horizontally (or Vertically).

In the example image shown above, I have chosen to distribute the horizontal space between the objects. The outermost objects will jump to the right and left slide edges. The total space between all the selected objects, measuring from the outside edges of the two outermost objects, will be distributed evenly, horizontally.

A vertical distribution of space would cause the outermost objects to jump to the top and bottom edges of the slide. The total vertical space between all objects would be distributed evenly.
