Align Objects to Each Other

  1. Click on the Home tab of the ribbon if it is not already selected.
  2. With all the objects selected, look towards the right side of the ribbon, in the Drawing section.
  3. Choose Arrange > Align > and make sure that the option Align Selected Objects has a check mark beside it.
  4. Now choose Arrange > Align > [choose your alignment option].

Note - In the example image above, objects will be aligned to the right. Choosing the Align Right option will line up all the selected objects to the right edge of the object that is furthest to the right on the slide.
