PowerPoint 2010 Slide to Photo Conversion
When you create a wonderful slide show, full of photos with captions or other annotations -- possibly you used the PowerPoint photo album feature -- you can make these same slides available to others if they do not have PowerPoint as a program on their computer. This is done using one of the many Save commands in PowerPoint, and it is quick and easy.

- Choose File from the ribbon.
- Click on the option for Save & Send.
- In the middle pane, under the section heading File Types select the option Change File Type
- In the right side of the window, in the Change File Type section, look under the sub-heading Image File Types. Choose one of the two options listed.
- PNG Portable Network Graphics (*.png)
This type of file format is best if you plan to print out the new photos (according to Microsoft). - JPEG File Interchange Format (*.jpg)
This type of file format has a quality that is meant for the screen or the web, but can certainly be used for printing as well.
- PNG Portable Network Graphics (*.png)
- Click on the Save As button.
