View Both Presentations at Once
You will need to see both presentations at the same time. In order to do this, click on the View tab of the ribbon and click on the Arrange All button. This will split the screen, showing any open presentations side by side.
Copy the Color Scheme
- Click anywhere in the window or on the title bar of the presentation you wish to copy from to make it the active presentation.
- In this same presentation, click on the thumbnail view of the slide containing formatting you wish to copy in the Outline / Slides pane. This copies the formatting ready for the next step.
