Increase or Decrease PowerPoint 2007 Documents on the Recent Documents List

1. Click on the Office button.
2. Click on the PowerPoint Options button.
3. Select the Advanced options.
4. Increase or decrease the number of presentations you wish to show in the Recent Documents list.
• Note - To remove all documents from the list, enter a zero, as the number of presentations to show.
