Fit Slide to Window

You may have more than one window open at any given time, showing two different PowerPoint presentations. In that case, you might want to view the complete slide for each presentation. To do that, simply click the Fit slide to current window button in the lower right corner of the screen.

Choose a Specific Zoom Percentage

In the status bar, you will see a percentage shown. Since monitors vary, this percentage number shown may be different, but on my monitor it shows the slides at 69% as the default setting.

To change the zoom size, click this number and a small dialog box will open. Either select one of the zoom sizes listed, or type a specific zoom percentage size into the text box. The slide will now take on this new zoom size.
