PowerPoint 2007 Quick Zoom
In the lower right corner of the PowerPoint 2007 screen, you will see the Zoom functions that allow you to quickly zoom in or out of your PowerPoint slides. This method saves a few clicks of the mouse over using the View tab on the ribbon.
Refer to the screen shot shown.
- Click on the "minus" button ( - ) to zoom out. Repeat to continue to zoom out.
- Click on the "plus" button ( + ) to zoom in. Repeat to continue to zoom in.
- Drag the slider to zoom in or out until you are happy with the results.
