By default, PowerPoint 2007 displays the most popular commands used. Click the drop down arrow to see other available commands.
Add a Command
- Click on a command and then click on the Add button.
- Repeat for all the commands that you wish to add.
- If you choose a command by mistake, simply select it in the list of commands that you have chosen, and click the Remove button.
- To re-order the list, select the command you wish to move and click the up or down arrows on the right side on the dialog box.
- If you choose a command by mistake, simply select it in the list of commands that you have chosen, and click the Remove button.
- Click OK when you have made all your choices.
