Find Your Favorite Commands

By default, PowerPoint 2007 displays the most popular commands used. Click the drop down arrow to see other available commands.

Add a Command

  1. Click on a command and then click on the Add button.

  2. Repeat for all the commands that you wish to add.

    • If you choose a command by mistake, simply select it in the list of commands that you have chosen, and click the Remove button.

    • To re-order the list, select the command you wish to move and click the up or down arrows on the right side on the dialog box.

  3. Click OK when you have made all your choices.
