Customize the Quick Access toolbar in PowerPoint 2007

As in most things Microsoft, there is more than one way to access the commands to tailor the Quick Access toolbar to your preferences.

1. • Click the drop down arrow at the right side of the Quick Access toolbar.
     
     
   • Click on More Commands...
   
   
2. • Click the Office button.
     
     
   • Click the PowerPoint Options button at the bottom of the dialog box.
     
     
   • Select Customize in the list of options.
