Question: How Do I Access Help in PowerPoint 2007?
In earlier versions of PowerPoint it was quite easy get help if you were stumped on a particular aspect of PowerPoint. Just click the Help menu and make a selection. In PowerPoint 2007, it's not that easy to find the Help button.
Answer: Lucky for me, I know the shortcut key to use to get help on just about any program. For future reference, when in doubt, press the F1 key on the keyboard. I can't think of a single program where the F1 key is not used to access the Help feature in the program.
There is, in fact, a button to access the Help feature as well. Hide in plain sight seems to be the motto for Microsoft. Once you know where to look, it is quite obvious.
The Help button is a tiny "question mark" icon in the top right corner of the program window -- just below the X that you generally use to close the program. There, simple as that.
