Question: How Do I Change the Options Settings in PowerPoint 2007?

PowerPoint 2007 options are found in a different location than in earlier versions. The toolbars of old have now been replaced by the new ribbon in PowerPoint 2007, so where do you find the Options settings that were in the Tool's menu, in earlier versions?

Answer: To access PowerPoint 2007 options

1. Click the Microsoft Office button in the top left corner of the screen to open the drop down menu.
2. Click on the PowerPoint Options button located at the bottom of the drop down box to bring up the PowerPoint Options dialog box.
