SmartArt Graphics in Two Clicks

You can create this SmartArt diagram in two clicks if you accept the default styling. A couple more clicks lets you choose more design and color options.

1. Select the placeholder with the bulleted text.


2. Choose Home tab > Paragraph group > Convert to SmartArt. This reveals a drop down gallery of graphics. (That’s the first click).


3. Click one of the options shown to create the SmartArt, or you can choose More SmartArt Graphics… for more options. (That’s the second click).


4. The SmartArt diagram now appears on your slide and PowerPoint displays the SmartArt Tools on the Design tab of the ribbon.
