Open the Slide Master
If you need to have the same photo/clipart (such as a company logo) on every slide, the most efficient way is to insert the photo onto the slide master. Each time a new slide is added to the presentation, the photo will be present.
In PowerPoint 2007, you now have the option to choose only specific slide layouts for the photo to appear, or you can have the photo show on every slide layout.
To open the slide master- Click on the View tab of the ribbon.
- Click on the Slide Master button.
