Open the PowerPoint Clipboard Task Pane

The clipboard used in PowerPoint, can be a really useful tool to speed up your presentation making. The last 24 items that you have copied (or cut), from any program or webpage, are waiting on the PowerPoint clipboard task pane for you to paste onto a slide.

Use the Clipboard Task Pane

  1. Select the Home tab of the ribbon, if it is not already selected.
  2. In the Clipboard section, click on the tiny arrow in the bottom right corner of the Clipboard section. (The image above will clarify.)
  3. The Clipboard task pane opens revealing the last items copied or cut, up to a maximum of 24 items.
