PowerPoint 2007 Speaker Notes Pages
PowerPoint speaker notes are generally used to prompt the speaker with extra information to talk about during the presentation. But why not use these speaker notes for simply "notes to self"?
When you are just about to leave for your big moment, take a quick look at the first slide in your presentation for your last minute notes -- such as:
- bring an extra light bulb for the projector
- bring an extra copy of the presentation on a USB flash drive
- make to bring the music CD that the presentation is linked to for the sound portion of the show
As with most software programs, there are always new and innovative ways to use the tools -- or simply those ideas that cause you to think "Now why didn't I think of that?"
