A reader of the Presentation Software Forum asked:
"Is there a way to place a picture placeholder that is not a file photo? For instance, if I copy something and want to paste it into a slide and I want the picture placeholder in the same place on all slides, how do I do this?"

The answer is to add the picture placeholder to the slide master(s).

Add Picture Placeholders to the Slide Master(s)

1. Open a new or existing presentation.
2. Click on the View tab of the ribbon.
3. In the Presentation Views section of the ribbon, click on the Slide Master button.
