Choose Align Options from the Arrange Tab on the Ribbon

Align Options in PowerPoint 2007

  1. Make sure all graphic objects are selected.
  2. In the Drawing section of the ribbon, choose Arrange> Align > [choose your alignment option].
In the example shown, objects will be aligned to the right. Choosing the Align Right option will line up all the selected objects to the right edge of the object that is furthest to the right on the slide.
