Notes Pages for the Speaker Only
Speaker notes can be printed with each slide as an aid when giving a PowerPoint 2007 presentation. Each slide is printed in miniature on a single page, with the speaker notes below.
- Choose Office button > Print
- Select the pages to print
- Choose Notes Pages from the Print what drop-down list
- Choose any other options
- Previewing the notes pages is a good idea
- Click OK.
