Leave Room for Notes in Handouts
PowerPoint 2007 Handouts can be printed with an area for note taking so that your audience can jot important points right next to the slide. To do this, choose to the option to print 3 slides per page.
Steps to print Handouts for note taking- Click Office button > Print.
- Select Handouts in the Print what: section.
- Choose 3 slides per page.
- Scale to fit the paper.
- Choose to frame slides.
- Click OK.
