Once the sound clip has been added to your PowerPoint 2007 presentation, you may wish to edit the play options at a later time.
Options you may wish to change are -
- volume
- whether to loop (play continuously) the sound until the end of the presentation
- hide the sound icon on the slide
- maximum size of the sound file that can play
- play automatically, across a specific number of slides or on click
Note - If the sound options do not appear immediately when you select the sound icon, click on Sound Tools above the ribbon.
