Edit Sound Clip Play Options

Once the sound clip has been added to your PowerPoint 2007 presentation, you may wish to edit the play options at a later time.

Options you may wish to change are -

• volume
• whether to loop (play continuously) the sound until the end of the presentation
• hide the sound icon on the slide
• maximum size of the sound file that can play
• play automatically, across a specific number of slides or on click

To access these options, simply click on the sound icon on the slide. The toolbar will change to reveal these sound options.

Note - If the sound options do not appear immediately when you select the sound icon, click on Sound Tools above the ribbon.
