What is a fixed date?
A fixed date is simply a date that will always appear on the PowerPoint slide(s). It will not change when the slide show in opened on a different day.
Date Option 2
- In the Header and Footer dialog box, click the Fixed option under the Date and Time section.
- Type a date in the text box, in the style and format that you want it to be displayed. For example - 7/2/07 or July 2, 2007.
- Choose any other options in this dialog box. For example - you may or may not want this date to show on the title slide.
- Decide whether to apply this date to the current slide only, or apply to all slides and choose the appropriate button.
