Start the Package for CD Feature

Choose Package for CD from the Publish options

When you package your presentation for the CD, all graphics, music and fonts can be included, along with the PowerPoint Viewer.

Start the Package for CD Feature

1. Click on the Office button at the top left of the PowerPoint 2007 screen.
   
   
2. Select Publish > Package for CD

• Make Your PowerPoint 2007 Presentation Portable
• Start the Package for CD Feature
• Name the CD in the Package for CD Dialog Box
• Add Additional Files to the CD Package (In Some Cases)
• Adding the PowerPoint Viewer
• Package for CD Options
• Copy to a CD or to Another Folder
• Unpacking the PowerPoint 2007 Presentation
