When to Start and Stop

In the Insert CD Audio dialog box there are several options for you to choose with regard to how you want the CD track to play during your presentation.

  1. clip selection
    • which CD audio track(s) to play -- for example; you may wish to start at track 3 and end at track 6

    • start and end times to play the CD audio track

Note - The CD audio track does not have to start playing at the absolute beginning of the the track. You may wish to avoid an intro on the CD track, so you can start the play action at the precise time that suits your needs. Similarly, you do not need to play the complete track and can indicate a precise end time.

  2. select loop option if desired

  3. adjust the sound level

  4. choose to hide the icon on the slide during the slide show (always a good idea)
