Open PowerPoint Slide Finder
If you create PowerPoint presentations frequently for business presentations, it is likely that you may use the same slides often, with slight modifications. Rather than recreate these frequently used slides, it is easy to copy them to your current presentation. PowerPoint Slide Finder is a quick way to find specific slides in any of your presentations.
To open Slide Finder choose Insert > Slides from Files.... Browse your computer files to locate the desired presentation file. A preview will show the slides in that presentation.
If the slides in this presentation are some that you use frequently, PowerPoint has an option to add this presentation to a List of Favorites. This allows you to quickly access these presentation files at any later date, without having to search your computer each time.
To add this presentation to the List of Favorites, simply click on the Add to Favorites button.
