If your job requires you to create many PowerPoint presentations, there is a good chance that you use the same basic information over and over. PowerPoint Slide Finder is a useful tool to quickly locate a specific slide(s). Then, it is a simple matter to copy this slide to the current presentation, make slight edits if necessary, and off you go.

Getting Started

  1. Open the presentation you want to work on.

  2. On the Outline / Slides pane, click on the slide that will precede the slide you will insert.

  3. Choose Insert > Slides from Files...
