Using Slide Finder

If your job requires you to create many PowerPoint presentations, there is a good chance that you use the same basic information over and over. PowerPoint Slide Finder is a useful tool to quickly locate a specific slide(s). Then, it is a simple matter to copy this slide to the current presentation, make slight edits if necessary, and off you go.
Getting Started
- Open the presentation you want to work on.
- On the Outline / Slides pane, click on the slide that will precede the slide you will insert.
- Choose Insert > Slides from Files...
