Printing in Outline View

Outline view in PowerPoint shows only the text of the slides. This view is useful when only the text is required for quick editing.

Note - Outlines can also be exported for use in Microsoft Word documents by selecting File > Send To > Microsoft Office Word from the menus and choosing the appropriate option.

Steps to print Outlines

  1. Choose File > Print
  2. Select the page range
  3. Choose Outline View from the Print what drop-down box
  4. Choose other options if desired
  5. Click OK
