Once your slides are completed in PowerPoint, you may want to print the presentation. PowerPoint offers several printing options including printing whole slides, notes for the speaker, an outline of the presentation, or printing handouts for the audience.

Open the Print dialog box by choosing File > Print from the menu or use the shortcut keys Ctrl + P.
