Crop Unnecessary Items from Photos

Two reasons to crop photos before using them in presentations -

  • reduces the file size
  • keeps only the part of the picture that is the main focus
Steps
  1. Once you have created a Shortcut to the folder containing the photos, select the photo you wish to crop.

  2. Click on the drop-down arrow in the Getting Started task pane on the right side of the screen.

  3. Choose Crop from the menu.
