Let's Look at the Changes
- Once again, open your version of PowerPoint.
- Open the text file you created in Notepad or other text editor.
Note that all the text you adjusted in Notepad is now a bullet point under each appropriate slide heading.
Now that the outline of your presentation is created, you can now begin to add other aspects to jazz it up, such as -
- use a design theme (PowerPoint 2007) or design template (PowerPoint 2003)
- add clip art or pictures
- add sound, music or narration
- add transitions
- add animations
