Background graphics can often hinder the readability of PowerPoint slides. By hiding the background graphics in the slide master, you can print the handouts with no graphics showing.
Choose File > Print to open the Print dialog box.
Options Available- Select the printer
- Select the range of slides to print
- Choose type of printout -- handout, slides, notes, outline
- If choosing handouts, indicate how many per page
- Color, Grayscale or Pure Black and White
- Optional - Scale to fit paper and/or frame handouts
- Preview the printout to be sure this is correct
- Click the OK button
