Drag the Playhead

Once you have added the photos or video clips to your Windows Movie Maker movie, you may wish to add some narration or even narrate the whole movie.

The first consideration is where to start the narration in the movie.

Steps

  1. Switch to Timeline view of the movie if the timeline is not already visible.
    • Choose View > Timeline from the menu or click on the Show Timeline button just above the Storyboard area of the movie.

  2. Drag the playhead to the location on the Timeline where you would like to begin the narration.
