Web Options - Browsers

Browser options pertain to the target browsers of your expected audience. It can be safely assumed that most people will be using at least version 4.0 of Microsoft Internet Explorer to access Web pages. Choosing a higher version may make your Web page inaccessible to some Web users. However, other viewers may be using Netscape, so it is a good idea to choose that option, even though the file size will be a little higher.
