I am sure I am not alone in that I like to save time. Getting a tip from someone about how to speed up my work progress leaves me more time for the fun things in life. Not that using PowerPoint at work isn't fun [she said with tongue firmly planted in cheek]!

The Format Painter is one of those valuable time-savers in PowerPoint. If you have added two or three formats to a string of text, with a couple of quick clicks, you can copy all of these attributes to one or more different text strings, rather than applying them one at a time.
